To keep up with the pace of its customers’ mobile use, National Australia Bank (NAB) teamed up with Visa to co-create a new mobile app using Visa Developer APIs. What made this experience unique was that both companies agreed to bring together their development teams in one physical space to co-create together. With quick response from Visa, NAB shaved six months off development time and in some cases brought requirements gathering and development time down to one week.
