The purchase of goods or services from a merchant in connection with your use of Visa Concierge, including any reservation or booking completed by Visa at your request (“Service”), are solely between you and the respective merchant and Visa is not a party to the purchase. Goods or services we attempt to purchase on your behalf at your request are subject to availability. You are responsible for payment of any and all charges associated with any Service. The Concierge Representatives have a wealth of knowledge and resources to assist cardholders in finding the right solution for the task at hand. Any goods or services purchased on the cardholders' behalf will be billed to their Visa Signature card.

Visa Signature cardholders access the Concierge Service through a toll-free phone number: 1-800-953-7392 (outside of the U.S., cardholders can call collect at 630-350-4551) or via this webpage. Cardholders can call or email a request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on the nature of the request, a Concierge Representative may be able to assist them right away. If the request needs to be researched, the Concierge Representative will contact the cardholder by follow-up phone call or email.

Eligible Visa cardholders are identified when they provide the Concierge Representative with their Visa Signature credit card number over the phone.

Credit card account and billing inquiries, card activations, insurance benefit related calls, lost/stolen card reporting, emergency assistance and all reward points calls are not addressed by the Visa Concierge Service. If the Visa Concierge Service receives these calls or web requests, they will transfer the calls or direct the cardholder to the appropriate service provider.

There is no limit to the number of times a Visa Signature cardholder can use this service.

Visa Signature cardholders are advised that any costs associated with goods or services purchased by the Concierge Service for the cardholder will be billed to the cardholder's Visa Signature card. Goods or services we attempt to purchase on your behalf at your request are subject to availability.

Most standard requests will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Special research or complex travel requests may require more time. The Concierge Service will advise the Visa Signature cardholder of the approximate time for completion.
