Dr. Ke (Coby) Wang  joined Visa Research as a Staff Research Scientist in September 2022. Prior to joining Visa, Coby was a research associate at Duke University. Coby received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. His dissertation focused on credential breach detection and cross-website credential abuse defense based on secure two-party computation.

As a member of the Systems Security team, Coby’s research interests are in authentication, applied cryptography and distributed system security. He has published papers in several international conferences, including USENIX Security Symposium, Network and Distributed System Security Symposium (NDSS), and others.
