Elevate is our summit designed to advance African-American/Black and Hispanic/Latinx employees. Leaders come together to discuss key issues and establish better ways to recruit, retain and promote African-American/Black and Hispanic/Latinx talent at Visa. Thanks to Elevate, we’ve seen an increased retention rate in this valuable talent pool.
