When you activate your card with Verified by Visa, you’ll be asked to read the Terms and Conditions from your Visa card issuer. These tell you about your rights and responsibilities in using your Visa card and Verified by Visa.*
*The Verified by Visa service is available for all Visa accounts. However, only Visa cards issued in the United States can be activated with Verified by Visa through the Activate Now link. For more information, contact your Visa card issuer.
