How to ensure Visa email delivery if you or your company uses spam filtering software
To ensure that you continue to receive Visa email messages, please follow the instructions below. Note that Visa does not send unsolicited email messages. For additional information on Visa's use of email and email lists, please review our privacy policy.
If you use spam filtering software:
In the "white list" of your filtering software, please enter student@em.Visa.com if you are a Visa Student Scoop subscriber, or Visarewards@em.Visa.com if you are a Visa Discounts subscriber.
If your company uses spam filtering software:
Please contact your Information Technology department and request that they add student@em.Visa.com if you are a Visa Student Scoop subscriber and Visarewards@em.Visa.com if you are a Visa Discounts subscriber.
How to add Visa to your address book
Some email providers impose restrictions on email delivery, which may impact our ability to communicate with you and/or your ability to view images in HTML. Adding Visa to your address book is a simple but important step that ensures you receive our communications most effectively.
If AOL 9 or AOL 8 is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click the "Add Address"
icon on the right side of the window.
3. Click the "OK" button.

If Yahoo! Mail or Yahoo! Mail Plus is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click the "Add to Address Book"
link to the right of the "From"
line.
3. Click the "Add to Address Book"
button.

If Hotmail is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Save Address(es)"
at the top of the message header.
3. Click the "OK" button.

If MSN 8 is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Save Addresses"
at the upper right hand side of the screen.
3. Select the check box next to the address you want to save.
4. Click the "Save" button.
If Outlook 2003 is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. In the "From" field,
right-click the name you want to add as a contact.
3. Click the "Add to Contacts"
link on the shortcut menu.
4. Click the "OK" button.

If Outlook Express 6 is your email provider:
Please select one of the following options.
Option One:
1. Open the email message.
2. Right-click the name you want to add as a contact.
3. Click the "Add to Address Book"
link in the menu.
4. Click the "OK" button.
Option Two:
1. In the message list of your Inbox
or other mail folder, right-click the email
message.
2. Click the "Add Sender to Address
Book" link in the menu.
3. Click the "OK" button.
If either Netscape 6 or Netscape 7 is your email provider:
1. Open the email message.
2. Right-click the address in the "From"
line.
3. Click the "Add to Address Book"
link in the menu.
4. Click the "OK" button.
