Your Visa Prepaid card is easy to use and easy to manage. Call your card provider or visit their web site to take advantage of all the card management tools they provide. Their contact information can usually be found on the back of your card.

Reload your card with Visa ReadyLink

Add money to your card at any Visa ReadyLink location. Just look for the ReadyLink logo on the storefront or in-store, take your card and cash to the register or designated kiosk, and follow the instructions. Find a ReadyLink location near you.

Set up direct deposit

Fund your card fast with hassle-free direct deposit. You can have your paychecks, tax refunds, or government disbursements (i.e. social security or child support) automatically deposited into your card account.

Check your balance

It helps to know your card balance before you shop. Get your current balance on your card provider’s web site or over the phone. Some providers also allow you to check your balance at ATMs or other locations. Be sure to ask if that’s an option for you.

Report a lost or stolen card

Report lost or stolen cards immediately by contacting your card provider. It’s a good idea to keep their phone number handy someplace other than where you keep your card.
