On June 6, 2012, Visa will host a complimentary U.S. Data Security and Authentication Symposium. The one-day symposium will feature several exciting panels and include topics such as data security amongst franchise businesses and PIN Entry Device tampering and preventive techniques. Three-Day PIN Security Compliance Validation Training – April 24-26, 2012
Visa is adopting a new industry wide set of PCI PIN Security Requirements and to prepare clients for these new standards, the Visa Business School’s upcoming Three-Day PIN Security Compliance Validation training will be fully updated to reflect all changes to these new PCI PIN Security Requirements. In November 2011, the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) announced the adoption of the PCI PIN Security Requirements as part of the PIN Transaction Security industry standards, and Visa will be announcing a global effective date for compliance to these new requirements for Visa clients shortly. To better prepare all payment system participants and ensure further compliance with these new PIN Security requirements, the Visa Business School is presenting training on these new standards in the upcoming training on April 24 – 26 in Ashburn VA.
