Transition to the new Visa Brand Mark will continue over the next five years. In the meantime, Visa cards and point-of-sale signage with the new Visa Brand Mark will coexist with cards and signage that feature the Visa Flag until June 30, 2011.
Merchants will not need to immediately replace POS signage, which can be updated as part of the normal maintenance and replacement cycles. Visa will guide all stakeholders through the implementation process to make it as smooth as possible.
