Lost or stolen card? Need emergency cash? Need card replacement?
Visa Business, Visa Commercial, and Visa Government cardholders can get an emergency cash disbursement to a convenient location or a card replaced within one business day, or in some cases, within 24 hours.

- Toll-free numbers available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- A Visa representative will arrange a convenient location for you to pick up your replacement card or emergency cash. If a location can't be identified, arrangements for card delivery to you will be made.

How do I get my card replaced?
If your card is lost or stolen, a representative at Visa Global Customer Care Services (1-800-VISA-911 or call one of our toll-free numbers) will work with you to arrange a convenient location for you to pick up the replacement card or will make arrangements for direct delivery.
